I called ServiceMaster in Freddy to perform an out of the norm sweep up chore as I was out of the city but responsible for a mess at a local business. I called near closing but they had Ann and Christina show up the next morning and cleaned up a delivery site A1 doing just a bang up job making the client happy again and me very relieved. Their response was top notch and very professional. If needed I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and ask for Christina and Ann encore . Thanks !

Jonathan Curtis did an amazing job. Cleaned our basement carpets. They look brand new and got out a big coffee stain. Very professional. Would definitely get again and highly recommend.

We experienced a flood in our home that caused water damage to 4 rooms on 2 levels of our home. The Service Master team was great from my original call when we found water coming out of the floor to the completion of the job. From clean up and pack out, to tear out, asbestos abatement and re-build. Adam was great coordinating throughout. It is never fun having your house tore apart, but all every one of the crew that came in were true professionals. Thanks Mikey, Dylan, Braydon, John, Ethan, Richard, Noah, Cameron, Jack and Levi!

I was very disappointed in the pricing. I will say the guys were sweating buckets and I feel bad about that but however, to charge 3000.00 for labor alone for 5 hours of work is unacceptable. The guys showed up around 9:30, sprayed the attic in 2 and a half hours left to eat sat in the driveway waiting for solution to dry for 2 hours then went back up for 1 hour to find out they brought the wrong equipment. Had to come back the next day for 1 hour and left. Please explain how that is 3000.00 labor not to mention there are spray marks on my wall that stained. Bathroom has to be painted. All I got told was well that was the quote. 7000.00 total bill. Feel like they took advantage because we needed to do it

Jonathan& Cameron came yesterday to clean one carpet& clean the dryer duct. They were both very professional. The carpet looks awesome ( for an old carpet). They replaced the dryer hose that had a hole in it. They worked well together. Went above my expectations. So glad that I changed companies. They are coming back to service the Ven Mar .

I just had the cleaning done at my home after a water leak. Rolanda, Kristina and Noah were here. They were extremely friendly and helpful, the downstairs look fantastic. Having your home damaged is stressful so it is very nice to have workers who complete their work with a smile on their faces. They gave great customer service and are an asset to your company. Jonathan and John did an amazing job cleaning our air exchanger ducts. They were friendly, professional and worked fast. They went above and beyond also cleaning all around the wall at each vent and informed us of problems they found that we had no clue about.

Thankful for Jonathan and John as they both arrived on time and very pleasant. We have dog who is palliative. Our sofa and mattress needed a really good cleaning. They were hands on and even put the furniture back into place. Service Master has been our go to for many years.

After posting my initial review, the owner of ServiceMaster personally reached out to me to discuss my experience and the service provided by his team. He took the time to listen, acknowledged things had gone wrong, and personally met me to refund the assessment fee since a quote was never provided. While the initial communication and follow-through were disappointing, I truly appreciate how the situation was handled once it reached the owner’s attention. His willingness to take responsibility and make things right speaks to his commitment to customer service. Because of the owner’s actions and professionalism, I am updating my review to reflect this positive resolution. Thank you for addressing the issue promptly and fairly. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I am very disappointed with the service I received from ServiceMaster. On November 12, I contacted them regarding water damage to our ceiling. The water had already been cleaned up, a hole had been cut, and a fan was drying the drywall. We were looking for an assessment and a quote for repairs. We were advised of the assessment fee and told it would be deducted from the repair cost if they completed the work, which we agreed to. A representative attended our home on November 14 and used a moisture meter in several places on the ceiling. We were told we would receive a quote the following Monday. That Monday evening, we received a call apologizing for the delay and were told the quote would come on Tuesday. It never did. By November 25, after hearing nothing, I contacted ServiceMaster and was transferred to someone in charge, who said they would look into it and get back to me. No one followed up. I contacted them again on December 2 and spoke with two different people, both of whom again said they would look into the issue and get back to me. That also never happened. Ultimately, I never received a quote or any follow-up despite multiple attempts on my part. With Christmas approaching, I had no choice but to find another contractor to complete the repairs. I paid for an assessment that did not result in a quote or any actionable service. Based on my experience, I found the communication and follow-through to be extremely lacking.
